aic.inc ("we", "us") is operated by Clemta. This policy explains what we collect on this site and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, subscribe to updates, or apply to partner, we collect the information you submit: name, email address, company name, and the options you select (such as what brings you here or your partner type).

With your consent, we also collect basic usage analytics via Google Analytics (pages visited, approximate location, device type). Analytics only load after you accept them in the cookie banner.

How we use it

• To send you the updates you signed up for: legislative progress on the Delaware AIC act and related aic.inc content.
• To tell you about relevant Clemta services, where you've consented. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To respond to partnership applications and inquiries.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Form submissions are delivered to our team via Slack and our email is sent through MailerSend; both act as processors on our behalf. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics if you've consented.

Retention

We keep waitlist and partnership data for as long as the aic.inc project is active, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@aic.inc. Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights, which we honor.
